Junior Summer Ambassador 2022: Day 8

We woke up at the normal time of 7:00. We started sailing pretty early from Provincetown, MA. We went to Stellwagen Bank to go whale watching right away. We saw humpback whales and one finback whale. One whale got super close to the boat and we could see it very well. We saw at least 10 whales but only one stuck its fluke out of the water. After the whale watching we had a watch rotation and then we sang sea shanties. Then we had lunch, it was cheesy rice and small spinach pastries. After lunch we had another watch rotation and then we had a lesson with Rob. It was about running fix navigation, where we found where we are with just one bearing. After Robs lesson we all hungout until we had to take the sails down. So then we had dinner, it was chicken patties and peanut noodles. After dinner we started the Deckhand Olympics (B Watch was superior but everyone did amazing). Then... we slept....
