Tickets for public sails aboard Roseway and Denis Sullivan are non-refundable. However, if for some reason you cannot make your sail, we’d be happy to offer you a credit to sail with us at another date that works for you. Additionally, World Ocean School is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, and guests also have the option to convert your purchase of a sail ticket into a donation to World Ocean School if you cannot make the sail, to further support our ongoing educational programs in Boston and St. Croix. If the crew has to cancel the sail due to inclement weather, all guests will be offered the option to take a credit for another sail, convert their ticket into a donation, or receive a refund.

For guests with mobility issues, please consider giving us a call to see if we can accommodate your needs. We can provide assistance with boarding and disembarking but we may need more information to confirm that you’ll have a comfortable time on board.
