Thanksgiving on the Sea: Day 2
St. John
11/25/24

Today we hiked St.John and toured an old sugar plantation. After a long and hot hike and some very nice tea the students got the chance to snorkel and see turtles, coral, porcupine fish, angelfish, parrotfish, squirrelfish, octopus, and a nurse shark. After a rest in the sun the students hiked back to the starting point and were picked up by a boat. On return to the Denis Sullivan, we enjoyed some afternoon naps and a good swim. The students spent the rest of their afternoon enjoying some cards, chess, and knot practice. Colin cooked up some amazing chicken alfredo that was enjoyed by the entire crew. Tonight we get to watch a movie but, it is yet to be decided what movie exactly.
