I enjoyed my first day at this program as it is so much fun. Every crew member is nice and friendly to us. I enjoyed sleeping on the deck after lunch the most. We lie on the deck and take a tranquil nap after lunch. In addition, the afternoon swimming is also jubilant. We cheered and jumped into the chilly water. This experience is interesting and unexpected to me.

I enjoyed my first day of this program. The trip here was very unexpected. The waves seemed small, but were making the ship feel like a seesaw. Me and some of the student had a afternoon siesta on the ship, which made us all feel better. The meals made my Chef Collin were also fabulous. Our evening swim was a nice way to finish off day, and I am excited to see what our trip tomorrow will endure.

Today was quite interesting, I got to learn all different types of ship vocabulary like balentine and muster. It took me a while to figure out steering the ship but I got it in the end. Then I was really sad because I got seasick even though I thought I was one of the special ones who don’t, I mean loving the ocean should automatically mean I’m immune. I took medicine and then a nap with everyone else and that definitely helped. We finally reached the pretty St. John and we got to go swimming and I took a shower in the ocean. I’m really excited to go to onto the island tomorrow.

Today was my first real day of Thanksgiving on Seas and I enjoyed it a lot. It was fun waking up in the morning to rain because it cooled me off a lot from sleeping in the burning hot bunks. It stopped raining for a while and after I learned different things about the ship from the crew. In the afternoon I got really seasick but it got a lot better when I laid down for my nap. (It was a really good nap). We finished the day with a really good meal and I’m really excited to go onto the islands tomorrow.
