Jessica Doherty
Jess Doherty grew up in Massachusetts, enjoying her summer days on the beach in Gloucester pretending to be a mermaid. After moving to Maine for college she fell in love with bringing others outside and teaching skills in nontraditional settings. Jess graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in Anthropology and Environmental Ethics. She loves to spend her free time outside trail running, biking, and swimming. As a seasoned hiking and backpacking trip leader this will be her first time putting her outdoor education experience to work on a ship.
She is stoked to join the crew of Denis Sullivan and is looking forward to this next chapter at sea!
