Ashley Showalter
Ashley’s home is in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, but her love for the ocean comes from childhood vacations to the Outer Banks of North Carolina and fishing trips on her grandpa’s boat. Joining World Ocean School was a dream 8 years in the making when she first learned of the Roseway in 2014. After leaving a career in Applied Behavior Analysis, she knew it was time to take on this adventure and is excited to enter the world of tall ship sailing for a time.
