Finally, we are underway! After days at Camp Kenwood and Hurricane Island we left Boston today. We have been sailing for two hours or so and dinner is just about to be served by our amazing chef. After taking turns by our watch to get food, we ate on deck and it was delicious. It is currently 18:32 and A Watch starts our first watch at 20:00. The views are gorgeous as we make our way up the North Shore from Boston. Earlier today on our bus journey the air conditioning broke and bus became very hot and we all became sticky before we got to the pier for sendoff. All of our parents were there to send us off, but we had to stand far away because of COVID-19 which was sad because we were not able to hug them and hand off letters. Currently we are headed to Gloucester Harbor for the night, which is awesome because it is so close to my home, yet I could not be more excited to be away from home but still close.
