For the final Tapas sail of the season, Roseway chef Jess Reale cooked up a feast to remember. Amid goat taquitos, Caribbean lobster salad, hand-made ravioli, and chocolate goat-cheese cake a selection of fine wines from Prestige Wine was poured.
As if that wasn't enough, it was a beautiful evening of light winds and a true Crucian sunset. Tonight's sail was one in a series of four events with varying menus--all showcasing Roseway's awesome chef as well as raising funds for the World Ocean School.
It was a glorious way to end the season in St. Croix -- old friends, new friends, good food, and a great sail!
