November 1, 2017: After a morning of reorganizing and cleaning in the Engine Room, and a failed attempt to patch up a broken weld on the first water tank, I needed a post-lunch nap. I slowly rose from the aft cabin top when a Man Over-Board drill alarm was sounded. After a smooth launch of the small boat and recovering Oscar and MOB gear, I was looking back at Roseway thinking how striking the lighting and the color was. The deep red tanbark over the deeper cobalt bolt before the early afternoon spotted with clouds. We were hove to, a perfect day. Once we were all back on board, we were off again on a port tack into a freshening breeze. An easy day into an easy evening.
