Sean grew up in Farmingdale, NJ, but after a short stint in the Materials Science and Engineering program at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, he moved on to find his true passion of cooking in New York City and Chicago. Although he loved cooking in the high energy, fast-paced environments of Michelin kitchens in big cities, he wanted to find a way to cook directly for people he believed deserved it most.

He was enthralled with Roseway after his first sunset sail in Boston in 2018, and in constant amazement of the hard work and passion that went into the ship when he saw her again in St. Croix! It has always been a dream of his to help care for this beautiful historic vessel and bond with the amazing team behind it. So excited to see that this dream is fulfilled!
