I have been cooking for 20+ years inspired early on by my Grandmother's love of cooking and passion for the best ingredients. I have worked in top restaurants honing my skills and building a solid foundation for a wide variety of cooking styles. I believe in a farm to table philosophy always trying to source the freshest ingredients using what is in season and local when possible! I have always had a passion for the sea and boating and even become an avid sailor.
