Why I’m excited to work for World Ocean School: For me, World Ocean School means "hope" for our youth to learn discipline, build character, enhance their goals, and find vision in their life. I am here to help motivate our young generation to find their niche in this world. The mission and heart of World Ocean School are in the workers and crew of the S/V Roseway. I'm so excited to bring on board my professional and personal experiences of teaching, sailing, world travel, and cooking to the Roseway. I will be sharing my love of the sea and sail, as I prepare exotic and regional cuisines from my past explorations of many continents and islands around the world.
