Why I'm excited to work for World Ocean School: I was crew aboard Roseway back in 2010. Excited to be back on board to cook delicious food once again. A healthy and nutritious diet is so important this day and age. And to be able to provide that onboard, I’m truly excited to do. To show that great, fresh food can be had even in boat life conditions.
